wing Nutz is hiring for there South Jordan location. They are currently seeking a Catering Team Member.
The role will require a keen attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, ability to be organized, and the ability to work under stress. Together to achieve the goals of setting up catering and various other styles of food service. This is carried out by an office team with many different responsibilities other than setting up caterings. The catering coordinator will only be focusing on the one task. This will include responding to all phone calls, emails, and social media responses; and also making outgoing communications with the goal of obtaining new customers. A general understanding of spreadsheets is preferred, as it is the main resource that we use to account for all potential clients, calendars, etc. Punctuality is a must, as it is expected to be upheld in all forms of communication, as well as a kind, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to update spreadsheets quickly, and with an attention to detail.
Analyze logistics to determine availability of different styles of caterings that are offered.
Communicate with potential clients through various forms of messaging.
Daily reporting of communications made within a specific timeframe.
Monitoring payments made for completed events, ensuring that all are accounted for.
